H. Did the Climate Scientists in 1970's Projecte a Cooling Trend?

A group of 42 climate scientists penned by Dr. George Kukla from Czechoslovakia wrote to President Nixon advising of as projected cooling of the world.  Based on that letter the US Climate Analysis Center (CAC) was formed within NOAA to investigate the problems associated with global cooling.
